How to use PrioStorm

• Add an idea: type and press Enter or click Add.
• ⚙ button on each card expands three priority sliders:
  • Impact: how big is the positive effect? (0–5)
  • Urgency: how soon must it be done? (0–5)
  • Effort: how much work is required? (0–5, higher = more work)
• Score = (Impact × Urgency) ÷ (Effort + 1). The badge color reflects the score — grey to teal as priority rises.
• Edit an item: double-click its title to rename it.
• 📝 button adds a private note to any card.
• ⚙ Defaults sets default I/U/E values for your next item. Preset buttons (Quick Win, Big Bet…) fill these in one click.
• ⊞ Matrix opens the Effort × Impact visualization. Urgency colors items: green = low, orange = medium, red = high.
• Drag cards to re-order (with Auto-sort off) or let the list sort itself by score.
• Work is auto-saved in your browser. Use multiple projects to keep ideas separate.
• Copy exports ranked text. CSV downloads a spreadsheet including notes.
• Press Esc to close this guide.
